LEGAL CONTACT PATHS

How to Reach Us on Legal Matters

If you need to raise a legal query, request your data, or flag a policy concern, three direct contact paths are open to you. Each route connects you to the team equipped to handle formal requests rather than general support.

Team online

Legal Email

Send formal data requests, account-closure queries or policy disputes to our legal inbox. We acknowledge requests within two business days and aim to resolve documented cases within fourteen calendar days.

Live Chat (Policy Channel)

Use the in-platform chat and select the Policy query type. This routes your message to a compliance-aware agent rather than general customer support, which shortens the handling time for legal questions.

Written Notice

For formal legal notices, a registered postal address is available on request via our legal email. Written notices are date-stamped on receipt and logged against your account reference for audit purposes.

HOW WE HANDLE DATA

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security at playlotus365

We apply layered controls across data storage, session management and payment verification so that your account information stays accurate and protected throughout its lifecycle with us.

Data Collection Scope

We collect the information you provide at registration and the transaction records generated when you deposit or withdraw via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. No additional data is collected without your consent or a legal obligation to do so.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are navigated. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any time; opting out of analytics cookies does not affect account functionality.

Account Security Controls

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Account access is protected by two-factor authentication where enabled. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic hold and an email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable financial regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Account profile data is deleted within thirty days of a verified account-closure request, except where a legal hold applies.

Requesting Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account at any time by writing to our legal email. We will supply a structured data export within the statutory timeframe applicable to your region.

Policy Updates and Notification

When we amend our terms or privacy policy in a material way, we publish a notice on the platform at least seven days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

These answers address the policy and rights questions we hear most often. If your question is not covered here, our legal contact paths above are the right next step.

Access depends on whether local law in your state or region permits it. Where local law allows, you may open an account and use the platform. We do not extend service to regions where it is not legally permitted.

We collect registration details, identity verification documents where required, and records of transactions processed via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We do not collect data beyond what is needed for account operation and regulatory compliance.

Send a deletion request to our legal email with your account reference. We will remove profile data within thirty days of verifying the request, except for transaction records that must be retained under applicable financial law.

Transaction records covering UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals are retained for the period mandated by financial regulations in the relevant jurisdiction — typically five to seven years. They are not accessible to third parties outside legal obligation.

Your account profile is scheduled for deletion within thirty days of a verified closure request. Payment records subject to a statutory retention obligation remain in secure, access-controlled storage for the required period and are then permanently deleted.

We post a platform notice at least seven days before any material change to our terms or privacy policy takes effect. You can also check the revision date at the bottom of each policy document to see when it was last updated.

Raise a formal dispute via our legal email or through the Policy channel in live chat. Include your account reference and the specific decision you are challenging. We log all disputes and respond with a written outcome within fourteen business days.
